Android Marshmallow comes to the T-Mobile Galaxy Note Edge

0

We’re still seeing an influx of older flagships get their update to Android Marshmallow, and now it’s time for T-Mobile’s Galaxy Note Edge to get its taste. We saw Verizon update the Galaxy Note Edge earlier this month, and the Sprint variant before that.

The update is rolling out today, and will update your baseband to version N915TUVU2CPE3 in addition to bring Android Marshmallow to the Note Edge. There’s no way to force the update to arrive on your device, but you can speed up the process by checking for a software update in your settings.

Once the update has arrived, make sure your Note Edge has at least 50% battery life and a Wi-Fi connection as the update weighs in at 1.52GB.
