Pokemon GO 1

Pokemon Go coming to a smartphone near you this Summer

We’ve heard rumors and seen gameplay and some of us have even been invited to the beta, but the wait to Catch ’em All is almost over. During E3, Nintendo announced that Pokemon Go will finally be released to Android and iOS in July of this Summer.

Pokemon Go is an augmented reality game that allows you to find and capture various different Pokemon while out and about. The app has been in the works for some time, and hit beta form last month.

In addition to the launch of the game, Nintendo will also be launching the Pokemon Go Plus. This is an optional accessory that allows you to continue to fill up your Pokedex without taking out your phone with the help of Bluetooth and mobile alerts. Once launched, the device will cost $34.99.
