Alright, Hiroshi Lockheimer. Enough is enough. If Android N doesn’t end up being named Nutella we’re going to hold you personally responsible for our devastation and sorrow.
If you don’t know, Google VP of Android, Chrome and Google Play Hiroshi Lockheimer has long teased that Android N could be named after the tasty spread called Nutella. It’s a cocoa-based spread with a hint of hazelnut, and it’s, quicky frankly, life changing.
Lockheimer has a long history (well, long in internet time, anyway) of extolling the virtues of Nutella. He just loves it! In fact, he seems to have random searches for Nutella going in Google when he’s doing some casual tech testing of Google Play apps on Chrome.
See what we mean? Make it Nutella! Or else.
PS: to be fair, Lockheimer does seem to be a big fan of sweet treats in general, so we’ll probably cut him some slack if Nutella doesn’t pan out.
