Google is slowly looking to expand Google Fiber to various cities across the US. The latest of these companies is Dallas, Texas, and after a successful launch in Austin and San Antonio this makes much sense as the next move.
Currently, Google Fiber is available in 5 cities, with 6 more cities already being confirmed as upcoming locales for the internet service. With the addition of Dallas, there are now 12 cities that are being considered as hubs for Google Fiber.
I’m still keeping my fingers crossed for Fiber to come to Baltimore, but it seems that may be a ways off still.
