Since quite a few of you enjoyed the amazing photos of Taiwan captured by Theerasak Saksritawee using the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, I thought I’d share a few of my favorite photos that I captured with the HTC 10 while I was on vacation in the region of Emilia Romagna in Italy this past weekend. Like the images from the Samsung article, the photos here have been edited. I know sample images are usually left untouched, but I wanted to give you an idea of what the photos could look like if you spent a little time tweaking exposure, contrast and saturation.
While I am a huge HTC fan, I have to admit that the camera on the HTC 10 is not perfect. The autofocus is slower than it should be and capturing macro shots can be a pain at times. That being said, white balance is spot on and panoramic shots taken with the HTC 10 are better than anything I’ve seen from competing Android devices.
Check out the gallery below (or Goolge+) and let us know what you think of the HTC 10’s camera. I’m not a professional photographer like Saksritawee, but I don’t see any reason why the average person shouldn’t be able to capture amazing photos with the HTC 10. For more, check out our HTC 10 review.
