Calling all devs — as Google has done for Android apps on phones and tablets, the company has released a guideline document for building Material Design user interfaces on Android Wear. This comes following the announcement of Android Wear 2.0, which will be the single biggest update we’ve ever seen for the platform.
The guidelines cover things such as style of elements, app interactions, notifications, gestures, always-on, and much more. It’s a pretty nice “bible,” of sorts, if you want to make sure you’re building the best app you can. The document can be found right here, so be sure to give it a nice, long study if you’re in need of guidance.
