BlackBerry PRIV intro video

Pick up a BlackBerry Priv 32GB for only $400 (unlocked)

Whether it’s nostalgia just a fear of letting go, if you just can’t bring yourself to quit the physical QWERTY keyboard, the BlackBerry Priv mixes the best of Android with the convenience of BlackBerry’s tried and true hardware keys. Normally priced at $650 direct from BlackBerry or even $500 on Amazon, Newegg is now selling the phone for only $400.

The model they’re offering for $400 is the 32GB unlocked AT&T model (STV100-1) and although it should work fine on T-Mobile, we’re not sure if it offers 100% compatibility with their network. It’s actually being sold by Mango Wireless, a seller with a 5 egg rating on Newegg, so that should give you some peace of mind.

This isn’t the first sale we’ve seen on the device. Last week the Priv hit Daily Steals, but it was priced at $450. While that was still a great deal, Newegg has them beat by a full $50. We’re sure we’ll be seeing more price drops from other retailers, especially with a new round BlackBerry devices leaked earlier today.

Although the Priv comes out of the box running Android Lollipop, it’s recently received an update to Android Marshmallow, something else to look forward to for carrier devices like this one. Deal link provided below.
