Google Maps shows off Pegman’s disco moves for April Fools

April Fools’ Day is nearly upon us and the soon, the internet will be a minefield of bogus stories, products, and poorly executed “jokes.” Google typically takes the higher road and while most of their product teams participate in the day’s events, it’s usually something more obvious and fun. Today, the Google Maps team is showing us Pegman’s moves with their rendition of Saturday Night Fever appearing inside the Maps app.

Just open the app, tap on the search bar, and select “Funky Town” from the list of options. After that, sit back and watch as Pegman does the hustle. It’s innocent, lighthearted, and a fun little surprise for anyone that comes across it. Check out the moves in the video below.
