Pre-orders for the LG G5 will start on March 18th at Best Buy

One of the most popular devices to be announced at MWC this week was the LG G5. We got our hands on the device and came away very impressed. Unfortunately, LG didn’t have much information about when we’ll be able to buy the phone. Best Buy has finally announced some information about when we’ll be able to get our hands on the G5.

Best Buy says the LG G5 will be available to pre-order on March 18th. We know it will be available on all major carriers, but we don’t know exact pricing for the phone or the “Friends” modules. For those keeping track at home, March 18th puts the G5 pre-order one week after the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge will be available. Hopefully, the pre-order period won’t be too long.

Will you be pre-ordering the LG G5? Or will you already have the Galaxy S7 in your hand by then? Yesterday we posted a poll asking people which phone they will buy. So far the Galaxy S7 has a small lead over the G5. It should be a tight race in 2016.
