How to remove Flipboard (Briefing) on the Samsung Galaxy S7 [VIDEO]

0

One question we always get about Samsung devices is how to remove the annoying Flipboard/Briefing page from the home screen. It’s not useful for most people, and it eats away at your battery life. Unfortunately, the Briefing page is still present on the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. The good news is it’s still easy to remove.

  1. Pinch the home screen with two fingers
  2. Swipe over to the Briefing page
  3. Tap the toggle button to disable the page
  4. Done!

If you really like Flipboard, we recommend installing the Android app. It does everything you can do with the Briefing page, but it won’t sit on your home page and consume battery. If you really hate the Briefing page, and disabling it isn’t satisfying enough, check out Nova Launcher for a completely new home screen experience.

Do you use the Briefing page on your Samsung device? Or is it one of the first things you disable?
