Samsung might include a free Gear VR when Galaxy S7 pre-sales go live
A new rumor today says Samsung will be taking pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge the very same day they’re announced. That would make sense if the company is planning to launch the device March 11th like rumors say they will.
But even more interesting is that Samsung could be hooking early pre-orderers up with a free Gear VR headset with their purchase. It would be a nice incentive for folks to put their dollars up early, especially if you don’t already own one.
Of course, the $100 it’d cost you to buy one isn’t much more than the cost to buy the phone itself, so even if you aren’t able to pre-order it fast enough (stock is sure to be limited) you could just get one when your phone arrives. Will you look to take advantage of this opportunity and pre-order a Samsung Galaxy S7 the moment they’re available?
