OPPO F1 pre-orders open for $249, come with free selfie stick

The OPPO F1 was announced at CES and is now available for pre-order. In an interesting twist, OPPO is allowing customers to reserve a device for $5 with the balance to be paid on shipment. This is atypical of most buy-in-advance smartphones which usually include a sign-up to be notified or pay-in-full options.

The OPPO selfie stick that comes with the F1 intends to illustrate a point: the device’s front facing camera is pretty beefy at 8MP. That’s impressive for a mid-range device for this price point. The main camera isn’t shabby either, clocking in at 13MP.

The rest of the specs can be found below. Let us know if you decide to pick one up and please tell us you didn’t just do it for the selfie stick!
