Amazon has announced another nice opportunity to get in on Amazon Prime for the cheap. They’re putting on a sale starting January 15th and going through January 17th that’ll have a subscription for the service down to $73. It’s typically $99, so that’s a nice $26 savings that could go toward buying your first prime eligible item (or just stuff it back into your pocket).
The sale is celebrating the award winning Mozart in the Jungle, a musical comedy series that Amazon commissioned. To go along with that, Amazon is making the entirety of the series — comprising of two seasons right now — free to stream this weekend, even if you don’t have an Amazon Prime membership.
Getting hooked up with Prime comes with a lot of great benefits, and if you shop often with the company then you’ll find that the membership might eventually pay for itself. If nothing else, you’ll have a cheap year-long subscription to some great on-demand content such as music and movies.
