The Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge have been leaking a lot lately. We’ve already seen a few rumored specs, but more are coming in every day. Today, thanks to an AnTuTu Benchmark, we can solidify some of those rumored specs, and introduce some new conflicting ones.
This new benchmark is for a Galaxy S7 with model number “SM-G935A.” First, the specs that line up with older rumors. The benchmark lists a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB of RAM, QHD display, 5MP front-facing camera, and the same downgraded 12MP rear camera. There’s one major thing in this benchmark that doesn’t line up with past rumors.
The phone is listed to have a 5.1-inch display, same as the Samsung Galaxy S6. Past rumors and leaks listed a larger 5.5 or 5.7-inch. Samsung is rumored to launch a phablet version of the S7 around the same time, which could be making these leaked specs more confusing. Samsung has stuck with the 5-inch size for a long time. We’d be surprised if they turned their main flagship phone into a phablet.
What do you think of these rumored specs?
