Spotify Running automatically serves up tunes that matches your workout pace, so the next natural step? Giving you the right type of music for your parties and moods. Spotify Party delivers curated list of songs in different genres and moods to match different types of party atmospheres.
The way it works is simple. You select a party them — like pop, hip hop, or Christmas — and you’ll get a nice list of music that flows seamlessly as if you had hired a DJ. You can even change the tempo, so if you prefer more lively Christmas jams over more mellow chill-out tunes then you get that.
Spotify says the Party feature will start rolling out today on both iOS and Android. We haven’t seen the update hit Google Play just yet, but keep your eyes peeled if this is something that can help you keep those Christmas and New Year’s parties going in a couple of weeks.
