AT&T Samsung Gear S2 and LG Watch Urbane 2nd Edition pre-orders begin November 6th
November 6th is going to be a busy day for AT&T, it seems. After revealing the Blackberry Priv would be available that day, the company has also announced that they will be opening pre-sales for two of the hottest smart watches on the horizon.
The LG Watch Urbane 2nd Edition and Samsung Gear S2 will both be up for presale. The Urbane will become fully available November 13th for $0 down and $15 per month for 20 months, or $199.99 with a two-year contract. On the other hand, the Gear S2 arrives November 20th for the exact same prices.
Both devices sport 4G LTE connectivity, so they can be used independently of your smartphone so long as you add it to a Mobile Share Value Plan for an added $10 per device. Otherwise, you’re always free to use them with your phone through Bluetooth and WiFi.
And don’t forget that the Samsung Gear S2 is the frist Samsung smartwatch to be compatible with non-Samsung smartphones, so if you’ve had your eye on it then feel happy knowing you won’t need to go all-in on joining the Samsung camp.
