Before the Motorola DROID Turbo 2 was even announced, there were rumors that the device would launch internationally as the Moto X Force. Today, in what Motorola is calling the “#ShortestPressAnnouncementEver,” they have officially announced the Moto X Force, and it’s exactly like the Turbo 2.
There is one difference between the Turbo 2 and Moto X Force. Depending who you are, it could make all the difference. Since the Moto X Force is an unlocked international phone, there is no carrier branding on it. No stupid Verizon checkmark on the front, and no “DROID” tramp stamp. It’s perfectly clean.
Everything else is identical to the Turbo 2, including the shatter-proof display. Check out our hands-on video, and the full spec sheet to get an idea of what the Force has to offer. Motorola says it will be available in November around the world, but no pricing information was given.
