OK, so Google probably isn’t the best at keeping a tight lid on things. With all that we’ve heard of the Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P lately, even more is rushing in during the final hours leading up to today’s announcements.
Earlier today, we saw the Nexus 5X leaked in full flesh on video, and now a leaked presentation gives us a very full sheet of specs to ponder. Let’s not waste any time:
Unfortunately we don’t get much in the way of information about wireless connectivity, but earlier leaks and FCC visits have revealed the presence of an NFC chip, and we should expect dual-band WiFi ac and at least Bluetooth 4.0 LE. We also know that it’ll have all the 4G LTE radios it’ll need to be used on nearly every major carrier in the United States and Canada.
With just hours to go (the event kicks off at 12PM New York time, 9AM San Francisco time, and 5PM London time), it won’t be long before we get all the full details we’re craving. How’s the Nexus 5X sounding to you?
