It’s been a good week for Mr. Mark Zuckerberg. First Facebook had its first ever day of 1 billion users online and then WhatsApp hits a new milestone, reaching 900 Million Monthly Active Users. In web analytics, MAU is an important metric to measure performance and growth.
When Facebook initially acquired WhatsApp for $19B it seemed like a crazy impulse buy, but as the cards play out, it’s looking more and more like Zuckerberg made a great move.
