Incipio’s latest power case doubles battery and adds microSD functionality to your Samsung Galaxy S6
The Samsung Galaxy S6 notably lacks both a removable battery and a microSD card slot, but one popular case manufacturer is looking to solve both those issues with their latest power case. It’s Incipio’s Offgrid case, and alongside doubling battery life, this thing also houses a microSD card slot so that you can gain that external storage you’re probably missing.
We imagine this is made possible thanks to the power case’s need to be plugged into your microUSB port at all times. It’s a very nice and sleek way to add external storage without having to deal with ugly USB OTG cables and other tricks.
Incipio’s case also works with Samsung’s Quick Charge 2.0 Turbo Charger to charge both the internal and external battery at ridiculous rates. Not bad at all.
