Sprint told us four more big cities would be added to Sprint Direct 2 You this month, and they followed through swiftly. Detroit, Michican; Dallas, Texas; Tampa Bay, Florida; and Washington D.C. and many of their surrounding areas have all been added to the list. They join several cities already on the list such as Denver, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, New York and San Francisco.
Direct 2 You’s goal is to get a representative to your home or whichever meeting place you prefer to help setup your new phone. They’ll walk you through backups and transfers and get you up and running with service, and will even give you a run through some of the phone’s features. It’s free with the purchase of any smartphone so if you can’t stand to order online or wait inside a store, this is a really nice route.
