It’s no secret that Samsung is a large company. Just take a look around your house and you’ll probably find at least one Samsung product. It could be your phone, TV, Blu-ray player, headphones, computer, dishwasher, dryer, refrigerator, vacuum, or light bulbs. Even if you don’t see the Samsung logo on something you still might have a product with some Samsung internals.
Samsung is everywhere.
It’s easy to think we can understand just how large a company like Samsung is, but in reality we have no idea. Did you know Samsung built the tallest building in the world? Did you know Samsung has more employees than Apple, Google, and Microsoft combined? Did you know they have their own military department? That’s just the tip of the iceberg.
The video below goes in-depth at how massive Samsung has become. The company that first started out making noodles is now in nearly every household. If you’ve got 11 minutes to spare it’s well worth a watch. You’ll never look at the Samsung Galaxy S6 in your pocket the same way.
They really need to stop copying all of Apples ideas. :P
Dat ifridge tho
Apple made noodles? 8-o
all apples ideas? really!! go and get an Ibrain for your self.
Everyone knows Apple is responsible for the popularity of headquartering your business in buildings. Plus, I hear they’re currently inventing an automotive vehicle that runs on 4 round components that rotate on an axial bearing – they call it the iCar.
(If you still don’t understand what I’m doing here, I’ll lay it on a little thicker)
Typical Samscum copying Apple’s ideas 20 years before Apple is around to invent them…
(Are we on the same page yet?)
I see what you did there, you’re infringing on their sarcastic trolling patent.
I know! Those ships and skyscrapers are direct ripoffs of iboats and itowers!
*iScrapers.
Craaaaazy big company! I knew about many of their subsidiary companies but wow.. They are into everything.. Good or bad?…dunno.. But interesting that’s for sure
Great video. Thanks for the info. This is why Steve Jobs wanted to takes Samsung down before it’s too late. Ever wonder why Apple only pick on Samsung.
About 15 years ago I bought a GE air conditioner at Sam’s Club. When I was putting it together in the window I couldn’t help noticing that everything inside it said Samsung.
Talk about been in everything….
Fascinating video on Samsung! Here’s the one they did for Google last year: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-79uIRQiAFM&src_vid=6Afpey7Eldo&feature=iv&annotation_id=53c06f41-0000-207b-8dc0-001a11c00982
You should mention in your article that when this video says “Samsung” they don’t mean the company Samsung Electronics. They mean a group of many companies like Berkshire Hathaway.
This article explains the difference a little more…

The video explained it perfectly at 5:40.
There’s a lot of stuff behind lots of companies that most people don’t realise. Nintendo for instance is actually a company that’s over 125 years old and didn’t just appear when the NES did and has had a hand in things such as love hotels.
You should suscribe to this guys videos as they are very well made and interesting. P.S. I viewed this on my Samsung Note 4.
P.P.S. No one cares
iSnob: Eww, Samsung tanks are too plasticky and not Premium enough for me!
