Moto E (2nd Gen.) Front Dynamic - Black

Verizon’s 2nd gen Moto E with LTE is now available through prepaid for $99

Just as we’d heard from trusty insiders at Big Red, the 2nd gen Moto E — you know, the one with LTE — is now available for purchase. You can only get it through Verizon pre-paid for now, though considering its outright price is $99 we’re sure that isn’t a problem for budget-minded spenders.

The 2nd gen Moto E trumps the original in a few different ways. Most notable are the addition of a front-facing camera to go along with the 5-megapixel rear camera and a faster quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chipset clocked at 1.2GHz. You’ll also get a bigger battery at 2,390mAh, 8GB of internal storage, 1GB of RAM and a 4.5 inch 960 x 540 display. It’ll ship with Android 5.0 Lollipop, to boot

Want one? Verizon’s online storefront has the goods, and unlike the Nexus 6 that was semi-launched today this one should be shipping out the same day you make your purchase.
