You can stop mashing the update button: T-Mobile’s HTC One M8 Lollipop update delayed until tomorrow

You wont find any official word from HTC, but after announcing Friday evening that Android 5.0.1 Lollipop would begin rolling out today for the HTC One M8 on T-Mobile — it looks like it was delayed. Before you get up in arms, it’s only been 1 day, according to T-Mobile’s support page (updated only a few hours ago) which shows software update 4.20.531.4 kicking off tomorrow, February 10th.

They haven’t even gotten around to updating the “Improvements” portion of their table, but just know that the update — providing there are no major bugs — should be more than worth the wait. You’ll have your Lollipops soon enough.

  3. Lollipop on a skinned device is pretty much pointless. Lg g3 for example is 99 percent the same same with HTC one and Samsung.
