You can now sign up to beta test Instagram for Android
Instagram fans who like to be on the cutting edge of app updates will be happy to know that you can now join a beta program for the image service’s Android app. Upon joining the beta, you’ll receive updates of newer versions of the app before regular users do, allowing you to preview new features and changes ahead of the rest of the pack.
Of course, the word “beta” means you’re just as likely to come across bad things as you are good (bad things being bugs, of course). You shouldn’t opt-in if you aren’t willing to put up with those bugs and help Instagram fix them up for the stable release.
Understanding all that, though, you’re probably wondering how to get in. It’s simple:

- Opt-in to the beta test here
- Download the Instagram app (if it’s already installed you’ll be receiving an upgrade shortly)

- Profit!!!
