Heads up: a good portion of Google’s apps and services are experiencing slow downs
Before you b*tch out your ISP, flash a new ROM, or kick the dog, we wanted to give you a friendly heads up that a good portion of Google’s apps and services are barely chugging along at the moment. There’s a good chance that this is a regional issue, given Google’s Apps Status Dashboard is still showing everything in the green aside from Gmail showing service disruption.
We’ve been receiving reports of slowdowns from YouTube, Gmail, Hangouts, Google+, Drive, and found it took us nearly 5 minutes to load a search result of Mariah Carey laying pregnant with child. Let’s hope things get back to normal soon. Heaven help us all.
