Android 5.0 Lollipop has begun rolling out to most Nexus devices

Here it is, folks. The moment you’ve all been waiting for. If you own a Nexus device, that is. The official Android Twitter account has just sent out a tweet to say the Lollipop rollout has “started and will soon be available on most Nexus devices.” We’re not sure what devices fall under “most,” but the Nexus 4, 5, 7 (12 & 13), and 10 are slated to get 5.0.

Factory images have not yet appeared, but it’s looking like it’s just a matter of time before we see them. Now is the time to mash that “Check now” button. BTW, if you don’t know how to check for an update, follow these steps:

1. Open Settings
2. Scroll all the way down to “About phone/tablet”
3. Tap “System updates”
4. Tap “Check now”
