Motorola Driving Assist now lets you reply to SMS messages with your voice

Motorola’s contextually aware Driving Assist app is seeing nifty update in the Play Store today. According to the posted changelog, drivers will now be able to reply to incoming SMS messages completely hands-free using their voice.

Previously, the app would read SMS messages, but that was the end of it. Motorola has also added the ability to launch the music app of your choosing as soon as you begin driving. A nice little automated feature that is sure to come in handy.

Of course, only those with Motorola devices such as the Motorola Droid Ultra, Motorola Droid Maxx, Motorola Droid Mini and Motorola Moto X need apply. The rest of us? Well, there are other options.
