LG G2 hands-on [VIDEO]

Following LG’s announcement of their new flagship G2, we were able to get some personal time with the device. This 5.2-inch 1080p smartphone comes chock full of powerful goodness, with a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 chipset, 2GB of RAM, 13MP camera with optical image stabilization, a 3,000 mAh battery, Android 4.2.2 and more.

This device is a bit unique, with LG putting the volume rocker and power button on the back instead of the standard position of the sides or top of the device. Kevin had a chance to try this new configuration out, and the early impressions are that it isn’t quite as natural and intuitive as it needed to be.

With LG saying they want their phone to be natural for anyone to use, Kevin feels he shouldn’t have to “learn” how to use the back of the phone to turn it on and adjust the volume. Other than that, though, he notes the phone is solidly built and pretty smooth (which it’d better be considering the crazy hardware sitting inside). Go ahead and check out our quick hands-on video above, and find some more pictures below.
