While most of you have probably already gotten your hands on T-Mobile’s HTC One, some folks still haven’t had a chance to find one at their local stores. If your local T-Mobile corporate location was one of the many left out of the initial HTC One launch, you’ll be happy to know that the device should be appearing in all stores starting this morning.
T-Mobile was initially said to limit the launch due to supply constraints, but with the HTC One production track up to near-full speed it looks like that won’t be an issue going forward. T-Mobile’s HTC One does come with the LTE radios necessary to jump onto the company’s infant high-speed data network, but most people won’t care much without a widespread launch of said network taking place yet.
That said, it’s still a fine device to grab with its 4.7-inch full HD display, UltraPixel camera, Snapdragon 600 processor, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, HTC Sense 5 with Zoe and BlinkFeed, dual front-facing stereo speakers with Beats Audio and more great features. IF you’re wondering what we thought about the device be sure to read our HTC One review. Chris went into extreme detail about the phone so you should walk away knowing everything you need to know before making a purchase decision.
Of course, if you don’t like HTC Sense you always have the option of waiting for the full stock Android, Google-managed edition of the HTC One. That particular device is being dubbed a “Nexus experience” handset and you can grab one in the Google Play Store starting June 26th for just $600. It will come with LTE support, too, so there are no compromises in terms of network capabilities if you decide to go this route.
T-Mobile users can get the device for just $99 down, with $20 per month payments attached to their bill for 24 months (the remaining balance is due if you decide to cancel wireless service before then). You also have the option of buying the device outright for $580. Head to T-Mobile’s site if you prefer to order online, and call your local T-Mobile store to confirm they have them if they didn’t already.
