Looking for a Samsung Galaxy S3 as your next T-Mobile phone? You might want to hold off just a little while longer if you were hoping to be able to use T-Mobile’s LTE network sometime in the future. New rumors suggest the device will be launching with LTE radios starting June 5th, which — if you haven’t noticed — is just over two weeks from today. Aside from possible software upgrades, this is likely going to be the same Galaxy S3 that we’ve been enjoying for a year now, except with those juicy LTE bits sitting inside.
The same leak also makes mention of the Samsung Galaxy Exhibit, noting that the mid-range device should launch May 29th. We should be expecting a more formal announcement for T-Mobile sometime soon, if true. Essentially a Galaxy S3 Mini, the Galaxy Exhibit shares its nae with a T-Mobile device released a couple of years back. It’s a reboot of the brand, so to speak, so this particular device shouldn’t be seen as a spiritual successor. It’ll come with a 1GHz dual-core processor, a 5 megapixel camera and should be launching with Android 4.1 on board.
Nothing is official until it’s official, of course, so we’ll just have to wait for the UNcarrier to announce the details themselves before getting information like pricing. Sure, it’s hard to pay attention when the likes of the HTC One, Samsung Galaxy Note 2, and Samsung Galaxy S4 are screaming at you, but these should prove to be come affordable options for those who don’t need the very latest and best the smartphone world has to offer.

A 1Gz display huh?… Lol!
But it has 16TB Speakers!
Brain Drain. Sorry about that. Fixed!
What’s a 1GHz display? That must be that new new tech.
This phone is already listed on the TMO website. Price is $549.99
So, my S3 that I bought in 2012 won’t be able to access the LTE network?
