The Pantech Magnus looks to be shaping up to be some sort of family member of the Pantech Flex’s. Although we haven’t heard too much about the device its design makes that fact clear as day. Whether it’s a sequel, a spinoff or simply just another respectable device from the Pantech camp it’s no secret there’s some lineage here.
It looks like we’re still working with Android 4.0 to start, though we’d be surprised if AT&T and Pantech didn’t have immediate plans to offer Jelly Bean for its users. From everything we’ve heard so far this won’t feature the same “easy mode” that was on the Pantech Flex, but perhaps it’ll be tucked away in settings and turned off by default. Whatever the case may be the Pantech Magnus is looking like Pantech’s best smartphone to be released in America yet.
