Folks looking for a Samsung Galaxy S3 with a bit more regional flair can now pick up the flagship handset from C Spire. The provider of wireless access to a decent swatch of people residing in the southern United States has both the Marble White and Pebble Blue with 16GB of internal storage for $199.99 on contract.
