LG Pocket Photo brings mobile picture printing to any Android phone
While most of our photo sharing has gone digital these days, LG is doing folks who still enjoy physical prints a solid with the introduction of the Pocket Photo. An instant photo printer using Zink technology, the Pocket Photo measures in at a mere 2.8 x 4.7 x 0.9 inches, small enough for LG to tout it as the world’s tiniest mobile picture printer. Prints themselves measure in at 2 x 3 inches.
The Pocket Photo operates wire-free (though there is an option to connect via USB), and can be paired with an Android smartphone running its companion app via Bluetooth or NFC. Right now the printer is headed for a Korean release priced around $170. A launch in other regions, including the US, has not be discussed.
