Archos 97 Carbon with Android 4.0 now available for $250
Archos is now shipping the Archos 97 Carbon, an Android 4.0 tablet with a 9.7 inch display and a 1GHz processor. 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage (expandable up to 32GB), and dual-cameras round out the major specs of this device. You could do much better for $250 if you don’t mind going lower in screen size.
The Nexus 7 is one such route to take with its quad-core processor, 7 inch display, 1GB of RAM, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, and most importantly updates directly from Google.
