Google has announced Google Handwrite, a nice new tool for those who have something against the keyboard when they perform mobile searches. Google Handwrite will allow users to input search terms using penmanship instead of typing it out on a keyboard.
It would seem rather inefficient to prefer this method over the traditional QWERTY, but it could become very useful for those with disabilities who can only use one hand or for those who need to operate the phone with one hand while doing something else with the other.
You’ll have to enable the feature in your search settings, but that’s only a hop, skip, and a jump away from going to Google.com. Go ahead and give it a try (Android 2.3 and higher only) just for fun. [Google]
