Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies Coming Soon To Android [Leaks]

10

Call of Duty. Zombies. Android. Once you’re done freaking out, we can continue. Cool? Okay, now I can give you a little more info on exactly what I’m talking about. The fine folks at XperiaGamer dug up this nugget of a find when, after rummaging through the official Call of Duty website, they stumbled upon a field manual for the Android version of COD Blops Zombies. Strange because an Android port has never been announced. Inside the manual they found the usual information regarding the game, highlighting the ability to play locally with friends using Bluetooth.

No word on exactly when we can expect face eating zombies to hit our Android devices but it’s looking everything is all but ready to go. The zombies… they’re coming. Prepare yourself.

Yum. Dead Trigger better watch out.

I've been obsessed with consumer technology for about as long as I can remember, be it video games, photography, or mobile devices. If you can plug it in, I have to own it. Preparing for the day when Android finally becomes self-aware and I get to welcome our new robot overlords.

  1. Really…..unless a game like this has physical buttons and a joystick I will never become beast at it.

    1. I tend to mess around with them for like 3 minutes then get frustrated and stop. Can’t wait for that Nyko bluetooth controller! :D

    2. This is why I happily bought the SixAxis app from the market. Never go anywhere without my PS3 controller. Just leave it in my backpack and I’m always ready for some intense gaming.

      1. Does that work well? I’ve always been tempted to download but I don’t think I could test it out in 15 min or less =/

        1. I use it all the time for my N64 emulator. Works great :). You may have to go into the settings and check the box that says something about Android seeing it as a controller for it to work. I can say it works 100% for me on my Nexus on CM10.

        2. There’s an app called SixAxis Compatibility checker. Download that to make sure it works. But I use it all the tym. Its perfect. It even has touch profiles so you can make the controller act lyk your doing presses or swipes on the screen.

Its pretty awesome. It evens has the ability to act lyk a native game pad. With Dead Trigger, you just set the buttons and it sees the analog sticks as actual analogs. So totally worth that whatever that price was. LoL!!

  2. I’m buying. No questions asked.

    1. No doubt in my mind. I can throw this football over these mountains….. and I WILL buy COD Zombies O_O

  3. Dead Trigger, Shadowgun and Angry Bots 9MB look way better than this. Nice effort but the detail and lightmapping is quite poor.

  4. Lmao @ Chris Chavez
