Our friends at Sony Ericsson are sending out save the day invitations to members of the press. They will be holding a press conference at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona to discuss the latest news in their Xperia line. We’ve already gotten one major announcement at this past CES and we now know that at least 11 new phones are headed our way this year with the first units said to be coming in April. We haven’t the slightest of clues as to what they could be announcing but founding out ahead of time is always half the fun. You can be sure we’ll be there live to take it all in.

They’re just Sony now. Looks like someones been too busy updating their blog so much they forget to read other important news stories :-)
The rebranding is not set to be complete until mid-2012, until then they are still Sony-Ericsson
