By It’s beginning to look like a white Christmas indeed (even without any snow here in Wisconsin) with all these phones coming in on the other end of the color spectrum. Sprint will soon be the latest to offer a white version of an existing device as PocketNow has received press shots of a white Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch.
We assume its specs, which include a 1.2GHz Exynos Processor, a 4.5 inch Super AMOLED Plus display and more, will be the same and we also assume it’ll receive Ice Cream Sandwich at the same time as the original black version. Nothing much else to say there as we’re just waiting on an official announcement.
As a not-too-long-ago Sprint customer, this totally makes me regret switching to VZW for the Nexus.
I seriously hope a phone with a new colour isn’t giving you buyers remorse…..

I don’t understand the marketing behind these white versions of phones. People that really care about the color can just buy a case..

buying a case adds weight and bulk to the phone, albeit, not much, but it still does. I would prefer multiple color choices at launch as opposed to staggered releases.

We had some snow in madison, wi for a day…it really is a “nexus” xmas, even the snow keeps pushing back its official release date.

I wish they’d put out multiple colors at the initial release of these phones. I’d have gotten a white 3vo if I had the option.
My next phone will have to have a 720p display at least. This phone is great but that is the only thing that is keeping me from buying it. too bad
I wish I could trade my black E4GT fire this one but I would hate to have to take everything off my USB storage and put it all back lol… But it’s sooooo incredibly sexy!

Personally I’m not caring so much for Nexus… because Samsung is on schedule to be the first to release Ice Cream Sandwich among other OEMs.
Nexus is great for sure but I will not replace an early update with ICS and be without Exynos processor.
Galaxy Nexus and Galaxy S2 TOP phones. but Galaxies with Exynos processor? = Elite versions ( Epic4gtouch(sprint), GSII international, Galaxy Note)
and to mention im saving over $2k over 2yrs period with my unlimited everything plan compared to Verizon.
