Huawei’s just announced on their Facebook page that the T-Mobile Springboard is now available for sale. For $430 you can get an Android 3.0+ tablet with a 7 inch 1280×800 display, a 1.2GHz processor, 16GB of internal storage, WiFi N, Bluetooth 2.1, a 5 megapixel rear camera, a 1.3 megapixel front camera, HSPA+ 4G radios and more.
T-Mobile does have payment options for this tablet. If you sign a new two-year agreement, you can put down $170 (after a $50 mail-in rebate) and pay for the rest of the device over the life of the contract.
While the T-Mobile Springboard is supposed to be viewed as one of T-Mobile’s more affordable tablets, the device still seems quite capable. If you need to see it in person be sure to head to a Magenta store near you as we’re sure they’ll have display units out.
It appears you can’t yet order it online but it should be up there. Be sure to talk all about it at the Huawei MediaPad section (equivalent to the Springboard) at AndroidForums.com. [T-Mobile via Facebook]
