HTC Officially Announces the HTC Rezound With Beats Audio, Coming November 14th for $300

HTC’s Peter Chou and company took to the stage in New York City this afternoon to announce one of the best smartphones they’ve offered all year. It’s the HTC Rezound for Verizon, one of the company’s first products with the Beats Audio technology they acquired a while ago.

For specs, we have a 4.3 inch 720p HD display with a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage alongside a 16GB microSD card, an 8 megapixel rear 1080p HD camera with flash, a 2 megapixel camera, 4G LTE, a 1630 mAh battery and more. For software you can expect Android 2.3 and HTC Sense.

The camera should impress with its F2.2 lowlight lens, meaning taking pictures without adequate lighting shouldn’t look horribly bad as they do on some of HTC’s older smartphones.

With select purchases you also get Beats’ in-ear headphones. When plugged in, your phone will automatically enable Beats technology and will play sound through their official profile.

All of this can be yours starting November 14th for $300, just a few days after the DROID RAZR is launched and just a few hours before the Galaxy Nexus could potentially be launched. November is a fun month for Verizon customers.
