Google Launches GoMo Campaign to Help Business Adapt to the Mobile Web

In the age of mobile devices – particularly smartphone – it’s increasingly important to make your presence known in that space. Either through apps or through a mobile-friendly website, businesses have a lot to benefit through making themselves more accessible on the go. For those who don’t have the resources to take initiative, Google hopes their new services  GoMo – will help change that.

Alongside showing business owners the benefits of having a mobile site, they’ll show you the best ways to get started. They’ll even allow you to consult a mobile web developer who will help you build your site from the ground up.

While I personally prefer native applications I’ve always said a mobile-friendly website is the next best thing. GoMo probably won’t change the entirety of the mobile web landscape in a few short years but we’re always happy to see someone stepping up to issues like these. If you’re a business owner who wants to learn more or are just curious, head to howtogomo.com.
