Intellectual Ventures Sues Motorola Mobility Over Patents
While the people Motorola have a ton of patents, it’s quite possible they are infringing on someone else’s patents with their phones. Intellectual Ventures claims Motorola Mobility is infringing on six of their patents and will seek a licensing settlement as a result of the lawsuit.
