Something you don’t want to hear on a beautiful Friday morning – AT&T may be getting ready to throttle the top 5% heaviest data users on their network. The rumor, which is all this is at this point, didn’t imply whether or not those on tiered plans would be affected. We’d imagine this would be tailored to grandfathered unlimited users as they aren’t paying for a set amount of data, but again, this is a rumor so we really don’t know.
