Android Overload: More Google TV Returns than Sales, Dell Streak 10 Pro Launches Sans Android Market and More
Boy do we have a juicy Android Overload for you here tonight! Since we don’t always have time to post every, single, little piece of news, we drop it off here, for you, as a late night snack. So let’s get this party started! The Dell Streak 10-inch was released in China (and nowhere else) but get this- without the Android Market. Yikes. Acer dropped the price of their Iconia Tab 10-inch about $50 to compete with the Asus Transformer. I have a feeling we’re going to see a lot of price drops from Android tablet OEM’s in the near future. Google TV has more returns than actual sales says Logitech. Hopefully Google can turn that around once the Android Market is finally made available for the platform (and some more powerful hardware). Have a great night everyone!
