Some Galaxy Tab 10.1 Owners Still Suffering From Devices Sleeping Forever
Oh, boy. I had this issue with my Google I/O edition Galaxy Tab 10.1 but I didn’t think it’d still be a problem with the retail version at this point. Users at XDA are still banging their heads on an issue that’s keeping their devices from waking after being asleep for some time. It’s unrelated to a dead battery issue as users are still able to see that the device is on by plugging it into their computers.
There is no confirmed button combination to remedy the matter. Some users have reported successes with various workarounds, but mileage is definitely varying. We’re going to get the word out to Samsung in hopes to get this issue cleared up before too many unlucky souls return their devices due to bad tastes left in their mouths.
