Pool Party Now Available In the Android Market – Google’s Answer to Instagram
Google’s at it again with their famous “me too” approach but hey, I’m not knocking it. This time they’re taking Instagram to the streets with Pool Party for Android. The app was developed by their Slide team and sadly, much like Google+, it’s available by invite only.
Pool Party is a photo sharing app that allows you and friends to upload photos of a concert or party to an album in real time. This not only makes it a direct competitor to Instagram (iOS), but Picplz (Android/iOS) as well. Whether or not we’ll ever see the app leave beta or become open to the public is anyone’s guess but I’m definitely curious to try it out.
