Just pulled up to the super secret location that is RadioShack’s launch party for the HTC Evo 3D. Have to admit, walking down the “green carpet” was a little awkward. Rubbing elbows with celebrities like Jayde Nicole, various TV tech shows and Disney actors is going to take some getting used to. I’m actually kind of surprised. They even have the car from The Green Hornet. Word on the street is RadioShack managed to snag LMFAO as the surprise musical guest but we wont know more until a little later in the evening. In any case, snack on these pics for now and I’ll bring you some more goodies a little later in the night. Now, lets see if I can’t find Gary Busey stumbling around here…
***Update: So the night is pretty much over (never got around to finding Mr. Busey) and I guess you could call RadioShack’s pre-release party a success. LMFAO did finally take the stage towards the end of the night and yes, everyone was shuffling. A lot of celebrities like Paris Hilton and that guy from Chuck left the event with Evo 3D’s in hand. Must be nice being famous, rich and still getting free stuff. I did manage to get up a little more video of the venue so you guys don’t have to feel left out of anything. If all goes well, we’ll have a full review of the Evo 3D this weekend followed by some kind of a contest to give away the Evo 3D next week. Have a good night everyone! I’m pooped.

You know what would be great. If Sprint continued to roll out Wimax and LTE and in the end they drop the 3g all together. Because their 3g isn’t known for being fast. Of course that won’t happen. Clear and Wimax are dead. I hope Sprint blows Verizon out of the water. I am a current Verizon customer who is fed up with this super high price tag. I don’t see Verizon competing anymore. Its like they are trying to prove Sprints claims about the Twin Bells of Verizon and AT&T. Though I am switching to Sprint and it looks like it will be the HTC Evo 3d for me. Unless the SG2 dashes out and takes the world by storm.
