Google Maps Updated to Version 5.5, Brings Redesigned Transit Pages, Easier Check-ins & Ratings + More
Google has updated Maps to version 5.5, and while the features it brings with it aren’t the least bit groundbreaking, you’ll want to download it. For starters, it’s now easier to check into and rate a place in a Place page. The buttons are right beneath the other usual bits of information you’re given. Other changes include redesigned transit station pages and the ability to change your work and home addresses in Latitude’s location history.
