The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is now up for pre-order via J&R, signaling that the tablet — the one that was handed out as a limited edition variant at Google I/O — shouldn’t be too far off from release. While the J&R page simply states “Coming Soon,” the slim Honeycomb tablet with Tegra 2 processor looks like it will make the June 8th release date that has been tossed around. You can order your very own for $499 or $599 for the 16GB and 32GB versions respectively.
Also available for pre-order, but with no indication of a release date, are the Samsung Galaxy WiFI 4.0 and 5.0. The media player variant of the Samsung Galaxy S is priced at $220 for the smaller device and $270 for the larger of the two. The Galaxy WiFi lacks some of the specs that made the Galaxy S a hit, but still shows some promise. We are hesitant about calling it anything like an iPod killer. Still, if you’d like one it’s there for the ordering.
